Pukete Showjumping will be holding two one star shows this 2013-14 season at the St Peter's School Equestrian Park. Series classes include Telford Young Rider, Kiwispan Junior Rider, Caledonian Amateur Rider, Horse Grand Prix and the Country TV / Coast to Coast Pony Grand Prix.

To develop the sport of showjumping we believe in supporting a wide range of riders, horses and ponies and offer an extensive schedule of classes to facilitate participation in the sport.
You and your family are welcome to watch the competitions, bring a picnic or enjoy a hot chocolate and snacks from the food cart on the grounds. Spectator admission and parking is free.

News From The December Show

We had a good number of entries despite some rain over the weekend, with over 400 rounds each day. The grounds held up well even though there was torrential rain prior to the event and most riders gave us favourable feedback on the footing.

St Peter's Equestrian Park is a fabulous venue with the field surrounded at either end by banks ideal for spectators. Floats and trucks are able park in close vicinity to the rings. Ring One and Three will be on the grass this year with Ring Two on the newly resurfaced sand arena.

It's our commitment to ensure every competitor and their mounts have a safe and enjoyable weekend. We like to challenge our riders but still have courses that are achievable and a positive experience for horse and rider.

The organisers would like to ask the riders to leave the grounds rubbish free and leave pens clean. We are very fortunate to secure this location and it's continued use will depend on the respect that riders and spectators give to the venue.

All late entries, without exception, are processed according to the rules stated on the schedule. Rules are there to help the organisers provide you with a well run show.  Please do not be offended if we cannot bend these rules, even for you!

We aim to keep all fees including ground fees and camping fees as low as possible!
